Abstract
48-years old female was diagnosed of adenocarcinoma arising ileal mucosa, that was incorporated into neobladder 35 years ago, as a surgical intervention for atrophic neurogenic bladder. The patient already had a large metastatic tumor in her liver, that eventually proved fatal. The risk of developing urointestinal malignancy is one of the late sequelae after urinary diversion using intestine.
