Abstract
We reported a case of angiomyofibroblastoma of the vulva in a middle-aged woman. On T2-weighted MR images, a well-demarcated hyperintense mass was shown and it was enhanced strongly except a part after gadolinium contrast. The mass was resected and the histopathological diagnosis was angiomyofibroblastoma. MR images reflected the edematous stroma and many small blood vessels in the tumor. When a more homogeneous mass of the vulva with strong enhancement is detected on MRI, the radiologist should suggest a possibility of angiomyofibroblastoma.
