Abstract
We reported an adult case of Henoch-Schönlein purpura with abdominal pain and without purpura in the onset. CT scans showed wall thickening of duodenum and terminal ileum on the second hospital day, and new discontinuous wall thickening of ileum on the third hospital day. On the eighth hospital day, CT scan showed the remission of duodenal and terminal ileal wall thickening and new multifocal wall thickening of jejunum and ileum. On the twelfth hospital day, a purpuric rash developed on his extremities.
