We reported a case who had having metachronous six-primary cancer during twenty years. He had visited our hospital every 2 weeks, so that early stage detection of cancer was possible, All his cancer had no lymph node metastasis so that he could alive with 6 cancers. Multiple primary cancer has been increasing, so we should observe carefully and check after initial treatment with a mind that another cancer might occur. Radiotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of multiple primary cancer.
