    Abstract

We reported a case of nonfunctioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor of a man in his 60s. On CT and MR images, hypervascular pancreatic head tumor with extensive calcification was showed. The contrast enhancement of the tumor part without calcification was greatest in the late arterial phase, however it of the tumor part with calcification was greatest in the portal venous phase. On PET, high uptake of the tumor was showed. Histopathologically, the tumor part with much calcification included hyaline degeneration.
