The patient, a 57-year-old man visited our hospital because of the further examination of pyuria. As true phimosis was noted, circumcision was performed. At the operation, tumor was found on foreskin and glans penis. Pathological diagnosis was penile squamous cell carcinoma. Partial penectomy and bilateral inguinal lymphnodal biopsy were done. Pathological diagnosis was penile verrucous carcinoma. The patient is doing well for 5 months post operatively with no evidence of recurrence.
