N2 - At the time of colon polyp follow-up, a 46-year-old Japanese woman with a history of invagination, colon polyps, cervical cancer, and breast cancer was suspected of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome and referred. Multiple polyposes of the jejunum were discovered by capsule endoscopy and double-balloon endoscopy, and the resected specimen was diagnosed with hamartoma. During the follow-up, advanced pancreatic cancer-derived from IPMN developed. It is important to remember that multiple cancers can develop in Peutz-Jeghers syndrome.
