Abstract
We reported a case of sarcomatous hepatocellular carcinoma with alcoholic liver cirrhosis. On CT images and MR images, multiple liver tumors with early and prolonged peripheral enhancement and distant metastases was showed. The patient died one month after the appearance of disease due to rapid tumor growth. Autopsy was performed and multiple liver tumors without encapsulation were observed. Histopathologically, pleomorphic spindle-shaped cells with collagen tissue were observed in the periphery of the tumors with central necrosis. The histopathological diagnosis was sarcomatous hepatocellular carcinoma.
