N2 - In recent years, for efficient spectrum utilization, spectrum sharing is proposed in heterogeneous wireless access network (HetNet). However, even though efficient spectrum utilization is achieved, the problem users receive unfair throughput due to radio signal attenuation or interference and density of users will remain. To overcome this problem, in 5G, a large number of small cells are allocated to hot spots and radio attenuation area in macro cell. In addition, as a technique to improve network capacity and data transmission rate, 5G adopts CoMP between small cells. However existing CoMP clustering methods do not consider HetNet. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a dynamic CoMP Clustering method and resource allocation in HetNet for improving fairness of user throughput.
