We report about 17-year-old girl with maxillary ameloblastic fibrosarcoma. She underwent surgery and received postoperative chemotherapy comprising ifos-famide and doxorubicin. Considering fertility preservation. mature oocytes were cryopreserved before initiating chemotherapy. Two years after chemotherapy, there were no signs of recurrence. In adolescent and young adult patients, treatment and fertility preservation should be considered in the management of head and neck cancer.
