Abstract

The magnetic field induced antiferromagnetic (AF) moment at low magnetic fields in the antiquadrupolar (AFQ) ordered phase of cesium compounds was investigated by elastic neutron diffraction. It was found that the peak intensity at the AF magnetic reciprocal increased with the decrease in the temperature. The measurements were carried out in the temperature range of 2 and 6 K.
