Abstract

This paper explores an application of strongly stable generalized predictive control (GPC) to temperature control of an aluminum plate. The proposed method gives the same output response as the closed-loop response of GPC designed in advance, even if the feedback loop is cut. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by applying to temperature control of an aluminum plate.
