Abstract
The frequency of coronary artery anomalies is 0.3-1.0%. Some coronary anomalies cause acute coronary syndrome (ACS) or sudden death. On the other hand, to know coronary anomalies beforehand is helpful in cardiac catheterization. Therefore, to understand coronary anomalies is very important. Recently, 3-D cardiac CT scan has become prevalent rapidly in Japan. It is easier than before to know coronary anomalies by 3-D CT scan. We show various congenital anomalies of the coronary arteries, in particular origination and course anomalies.
