Abstract

We succeeded in growing high-quality single crystals of CeRu2 and URu2Si2 and observed the de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) oscillations in both the normal and superconducting mixed states. The dHvA frequency does not hange in magnitude between the normal and superconducting mixed states, while the cyclotron mass is reduced, and the corresponding Dingle temperature or the scattering rate of the conduction electron increases in the mixed state.
