Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate with only a substance detection part thereof detachable therefrom in a substance detector. ;SOLUTION: This detachable plate 21 in the substance detector has a detection substrate 4 and a perforated insulating disk 3, the detection substrate 4 including a semiconductor, an insulator made on the semiconductor, and a plurality of substance sensing films made on the insulator. The substance detector is characterized by being equipped with the detection substrate with the sensing films made on the insulator made on the semiconductor, a means for bringing a solution containing a detected substance into contact with the surfaces of the sensing films, a means for stabilizing the electric potential of the solution, a means causing a substance detection plate to generate a pulse electromagnetic wave having amplitude intensity depending on the amount of a detected substance in an applying position by applying pulse laser light to the detection plate, a means for measuring the amplitude intensity of the electromagnetic wave, and a means for determining whether the detected substance exists or not from the amplitude intensity. ;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
