Abstract
Dielectric properties of KH2PO4 (KDP) crystals doped with complex organic (Amaranth, Chicago Sky Blue, Xylenol Orange) and inorganic (Potassium PentoChloroRuthenate) molecules were analyzed in the frequency range of 10 mHz-10 MHz. A noticeable dispersion in paraelectric phase at 30-80°C is revealed. In some crystals with dyes the deviation of Cole-Cole diagrams from Debye-type relaxation is shown. Conductivity and activation energy of the conductivity mechanism at high temperature are determined.
