Abstract

The evaluation of static and dynamic equilibrium before and after immersion in a virtual environment was presented. Under virtual reality (VR) and equilibrium measurement phase, equilibrium input information from the somatosensory system and the vestibular system is considered to be constant. The study showed that the VR experience causes motion-sickness-like symptoms and worsens equilibrium.
