Abstract

Three-dimensional (3D) metallic fine structures were fabricated with nano/ micrometer resolution. 3D polymer structures were firstly prepared by two-photon absorpti on polymerizati on, and silver was deposited on the polymer templates through electrochemical metal deposition.
