Abstract

63Cu NMR measurements in an electron low-doped copper-oxide superconductor Pr0.91LaCe0.09CuO4-y were performed. It was found that no pseudogap shows up and that the low-T spin dynamics is renormalized to well conform to the prediction for the Fermi liquid that persists as the ground state when the superconductivity is removed.
