Abstract

This guideline is an update summary of the group members” opinions on how to effectively and appropriately perform catheter intervention in coronary artery lesion in Kawasaki disease on the basis of the information regarding evaluation of the diagnosis and the therapy reported in Japan and overseas. Therefore, therapeutic strategy is not conventionally decided according to only this guideline but should be arranged by sufficient consideration about appropriate therapies in each patient. It is thought that this guideline should be revised following future progression.
