Abstract
The quantum tunneling picture of interlayer magnetotransport in quasi-one-dimensional conductors has been developed and applied to the problem of incoherent transport. Even in the systems having no 'interlayer' coherence, where in-plane scattering happens much oftener than interlayer tunneling, all angular effects (Lebed resonance, Danner-Chaikin oscillation, the third angular effect) appear except the peak effect. On the other hand, in the systems having weak 'interchain' coherence, only the Lebed resonances with small indices survive.
