Abstract
A tunable diode laser probe and infrared spectroscopy were employed to observe the weakly bound Van der Waals complex in a pulsed supersonic jet expansion. The vibrationally excited states and a number of rotational levels with higher J-values were studied. The rotational energy level pattern was found to be similar for the excited vibrational state and the ground state.
