Magnetization and neutron diffraction studies were carried out on polycrystalline RFeMO4, especially on YFeMnO4. In YFeMnO4, 2-dimensional spin ordering develops below 140 K, whereas a small ferromagnetic moment is induced by field cooling below 30 K.
