Minimally invasive approach for an adult patient with papillary fibroelastoma: Reversed C-shaped partial sternotomy

Abstract

We surgically treated an adult patient with papillary fibroelastoma on the aortic leaflet using minimal invasive approach. Reversed C-shaped partial sternotomy through small midline skin incision was useful for complete exclusion.
