Abstract
Malignant lymphoma is comparatively frequent disease in Japan. At the head and neck organs, most of all cases are non-Hodgkin lymphoma. And at the extra nodal organs, DLBCL, MALT lymphoma and NK/T cell lymphomas are more frequent. These 3 types lymphomas are different each other in therapy and prognosis. So it is important for histologically diagnosis. New WHO classification is not a complete classification. It is throughout that new knowledge is added to a classification by progress of genetic analysis.
