Abstract
We reviewed consecutive 14 cases of cutaneous malignant lymphoma treated with 3-10MeV electron beams. B cell type and T cell type were each 7 cases. Two and five-year overall survival rates were 88.9% and 47.6%, respectively. Two and five-year progression free survival (PFS) rates were 55.6% and 27.8%. respectively. Early and late complications were observed each in one case. Univariate PFS analysis showed that lymph node(s) involvement, value of serum lactate dehydrogenase, previous chemotherapy and a number of irradiated field were significant prognostic factors.
