Abstract

A 62-year-old woman with right nephroptosis complaining of right flank pain and macrohematuria was referred to our hospital. Retroperitoneoscopic right nephropexy was performed, and right flank pain and macrohematuria improved post operatively. Retroperitoneoscopic nephropexy appears to be a feasible and fruitful treatment option for patients with symptomatic documented nephroptosis.
