Robotic avatar for remote appreciation of an art gallery

    Abstract

    A remote appreciation system using a mobile robot driven by remote control via the Internet with a web browser is introduced. The avatar for this remote appreciation system is equipped with limited functions that substitute for human eyes and feet.
