Abstract
Bioproduction robots are developed to replace human labor for biotechnological operations within controlled clean environments. Biotechnology requires specialist skills to gently handle small and fragile tissue under sterile conditions. The intervention of human labors is said to be the main cause of contamination, and preventing contamination is vital to the success of biotechnological operations. To achieve highly-efficient productivity with biotechnology, automation of the entire biotechnological operation is required. The introduction of bioproduction robots not only offers savings on labor but also makes sterile operations possible.
