Abstract
Squamous cell carcinoma of the external auditory canal is an unusual head and neck malignancy with a reported incidence of between 1 to 6 cases per million population per year. We presented a case of Squamous cell carcinoma of the bilateral external auditory canals in a 69-year-old female. Right side tumor mas treated with surgery. Left side tumor was treated with radiotherapy. Five years after treatment, the recurrence of the tumor was found in the left side, and the surgery was performed. No recurrence or metastasis was observed at 10 years follow-up.
