N2 - The proof of stability condition for the retarded differential systems via the lifting representation was described. The asymptotic stability was obtained only if every root of the characteristic equation was present in the retarded differential systems. The solutions of retarded differential systems were expressed by semigroup which acted on the Hilbert spaces. It was observed that the spectra of the infinitesimal generator of the semigroup concided with characteristic roots.
