Abstract

This paper discusses the suppression of temperature change in air springs used for an ant-vibration apparatus. The thermal equivalent circuit, which corresponds to the heat transfer of the air springs, are employed for the evaluation of the temperature change. Based on measurement results of the temperature change and the circuit, four methods are proposed so as to suppress the temperature change. Moreover, previously presented two suppression methods are re-examined from the perspective of the analogy between thermal and electric circuits.
