Abstract
Ferroelectric lead-based perovskite particles have been fabricated by co-precipitation method which a Ca or Ba modified Pb site. Co-precipitates were first synthesized at ambient temperature and then annealed in air at various temperatures to produce lead-base perovskite particles. We demonstrate that the morphology, crystal structure and soft mode behavior are influenced by the particle size.
