Abstract

Azaoligosaccharides are prepared through the glycosylation of nojirimycin derivatives with catalytic amounts of TMSOTf. Also, the 1-6′, 1′-6-cyclic azadisaccharides are successfully synthesized, and their one-pot syntheses are demonstrated.
