N2 - We experimentally and numerically investigate terahertz plasmonic responses in a coupled system of structured graphene and a heavily-doped Si substrate. Gate-voltage-controllable magnetic plasmon resonances arising from the plasmon hybridization are demonstrated at terahertz frequencies.
