Abstract

The authors wish to thank Prof. Hitoshi Kuwamura for the discussion. The answer to his questions is as follows: 1) We corrected some mistakes in this article owing to Kuwamura's discussion. 2) Assumption of splitting force ware re described 3) Kuwamura's misunderstanding of Weibull distribution are discussed.
