Abstract

We reported two cases of miliary tuberculosis with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Prognosis of miliary tuberculosis with ARDS is poor, and early diagnosis is important. As ARDS developed, radiological findings become complicated and it may be difficult to point out miliary tuberculosis. When we find ARDS on chest imaging, miliary tuberculosis should be considered as a possibility.
