Abstract
The electrical properties of (TMTSF)2PF6 was investigated under uniaxial strains applied independently along the a-, b′- and c*-axes. The strain along the a-axis has a large effect to suppress the SDW phase and induce the superconductiviy. We will discuss why the strain along the one-dimensional a-axis suppresses the SDW phase.
