Abstract
Since the post graduate medical training system became mandatory, there have been few opportunities for young doctors to have clinical exposure in our field. It is worrying that there is a possibility that the number of young doctors who want to become urologists will decrease. In order to recruit young doctors, it is crucial to establish and provide a more attractive urology residency program for them. We introduce our urology residency program, which is carried out in conjunction with our affiliated hospitals, in this paper.
