N2 - Recently many software systems are adopted agent-based system configuration by the rapid progress in the fields of computer hardware, network and communication systems, and artificial intelligence. This paper investigates the structure of an agent and a tool to easily and efficiently develop an agent-based support system of plant operators based on a distributed cooperative environment. As an example of agent-based operator support systems, this study implements a part of a dynamic operation permission system that the authors propose to reduce commission errors by plant operators as an agent system.
