Primary malignant lymphoma of bulbar and palpebral conjunctiva was diagnosed in two cases. Both cases were unilateral and manifested salmon pink tumor with well defined margins. Histologically, it was diagnosed as diffuse malignant lymphoma of small sized cell type in one case and of medium sized cell type in the other. Immunohistochemical staining showed the tumor to be of B cell type in both cases. Both fol1owed up without treatment tinder informed consent, since the lymphoma showed low-grade and was localized to the conjunctiva. Immunohistochemical staining of biopsied tissue gave guidelines for selecting the therapeutic modalities.
