抄録
Heat shock proteins have been implicated as tumor specific transplantation antigens of which the precise cellular mechanisms have been unknown. For the past several years animal model experiments have revealed some answers to this mystery which will be discussed in this review as follows. Firstly, hsps as carrier proteins for antigenic peptides; secondly, novel priming of CD8+ T cells by hsp peptide complex; and thirdly, involvement of hsps in antigen processing.
