We report two cases of PCI. In One case, CT showed free air and intestinal wall emphysema. There is no sign of tenderness, muscle guarding and portal gas. From these findings, PCI can easily be diagnosed. Conservative therapy was chosen and on follow up CT emphysema in the intestinal wall disappeared. Our experience suggests that if diagnosis of PCI is made using imaging techniques, it is sufficient to performed symptomatic treatment.
