Reported therapeutic options of rectal MALT lymphoma are mainly operation, EMR and anti-H.pyroli therapy. But radiation therapy was performed only one case as we know in Japan. We performed radiation therapy (small pelvic irradiation. 36Gy/18fr./24, 25days) to two female cases of rectal MALT lymphoma. After radiation therapy rectal MALT lymphoma lesions are almost completely regressed and CR state continue 21 months and 14 months. We think radiation therapy is one of the good therapeutic options of rectal MALT lymphoma.
